When you walk through the doors at Redlands Presbyterian, you'll find a diverse bunch of people. There isn't a set dress code, a common background or even supporters of the same sports teams. But what you'll find is a common love for Jesus and a commitment to following him.
We meet every Sunday to worship God together and to hear from the Bible, God's word. This looks a little different across our five services, but at each one, there's time for singing songs about God, praying to him, Bible reading and preaching from those passages.
We highly value teaching the Bible faithfully. This means that our weekly sermons are expository in style, engaging in presentation, and practical in application. We strive to regularly work through books of the Old and New Testament, as well as, having short topical series.
Kids are most welcome! We have kids attending all our services and have a 'cry room' at Capalaba church for parents with babies. The 8:30am and 10:30am services at Capalaba begin with a kids-friendly segment, including a Kids Talk. Kids aged 2 and over are then invited to Kids Church, which is an age-appropriate way for kids to learn about God and how to read the Bible through fun activities like song, craft and stories. Kids Church runs in school terms parallel to the Capalaba morning services.
